Weight Lost: 60+ pounds

6/23/06- Still Holding Firm at 250#, but super healthy through a very tough time in my life.

 

 

Before: (~310#'s 11/6/2005):

2/6/2006:

265# now and I even snacked out at the company Super Bowl Party yesterday, too bad about the Seahawks :( oh well, wait till next 30 years! Started eating "normally" after I reached my first goal. My new goal is to loose 5-10 pounds a month and tone up. I feel GR8!!! And am much more active! Going to change to weighing myself every two months now.

12/6/2005: I weighed 293 2/4/04, last time I went to the Dr. before today, so I weighed about 310# when I started . . . I weigh 282 now & feel GR8!!! All my friends said I was starving myself and would burn muscle and not fat. They also said I'd have no energy and would get sick.
Taking Classic and Inergize 2 times a day, I've had energy to burn working 50+ hours and going to school full-time, not to mention my family and church commitments.

271 . . . I was hoping for -50# but after all it was Christmas & New Years. I have been very healthy, full of energy and not plagued by cravings as I'm getting the nutrition I need :)
